Try to challenge -yourself- and feel good when you achieve your personal goals. Praise one another when they/you, advance to new levels. Celebrate all achievements and awards, especially when you've made extra effort to gain them!
Invite new friends / relatives to join and play! It doesn't matter what background we're from, we can ALL earn, achieve and conquer our personal goals, while growing, learning and enjoying the journey =]
