I cannot access any items in my inventory for some reason. The little hand is there, but when I click on it, nothing happens. It does not give me the option to use or sell it.

Maybe you can clear browsing data (such as delete cookies, etc.) or use another browser or another computer to see if it works or not. Not sure what seems to be a problem. |

I always clear and clean after browsing. Interesting, hmmmm, it worked in chrome, but IE would not let me access my shop. I wonder why that would be? Ty, jonny001 |

I updated flashplayer and now everything is working properly. That must have been the problem, I guess?! |

I have transitioned MOST of my clients off of Internet Explorer. The few that still use it I have them keep it on 'compatibility mode.' The IE browser seems to be the most rigid in the way is surfs and some sites are UN-surfable, ergo the compatibility mode.. lol. I have put my clients on Chrome, Firefox, and or Safari as they seem to be the fastest safest browsers with a few extensions that blocks ads, etc...
What I find indefensible about Microsoft's IE browser is the fact that it had a security flaw that 'could' allow attackers to execute code on a computer as the current user. This flaw was in Internet Explorer 6 up to the most recent version of Internet Explorer 11, though they say the attack is targeting IE 9 through 11. That means that the IE browser was UNSAFE for several years and they did not find the flaw; it was a security research firm.
I am not saying that IE is the problem with the shop module here, just letting you know that many experience issues with that particular browser.
Good luck! |

Ty, chippy. Yes, I have heard IE is not very good for many reasons. Some have steered me towards Linux. Are you familiar with that and if so, what do you think about it? Ty for responding. |

I have friends that use the Linux operating system and they are pleased with it. I have used UNIX and Linux is a Unix-like operating system; it follows many of the base principles of UNIX. However, I had command line and no GUI(graphical user interface).
You really need to google this issue because I have heard both positive and negative about Linux. I suggest that you look into the free Ubuntu which is a distribution -- or distro -- of Linux. In Linux lingo, a distribution is a version of the operating system that has the Linux kernel as its foundation. So instead of a CLI(comman line interface), you would have a GUI.
Here is a link to a blog post written about it. - http://computer.howstuffworks.com/ubuntu.htm - What's Ubuntu, and how is it different from Linux?
I think if you read that it will clarify what I was talking about..

Here is a quick read on how to try Ubuntu without installing it.. I may give it a try. Most of my clients are on Microsoft Windows or Apple Mac on their lappys or pc's. I don't have many using Android via tablets.. etc.. so I have not kept up on all the different operating systems. However, now you have made me curious.. lol
